Suggestion: Mothers who are breastfeeding exposed to Covid 19 are expected to give breast milk, help provide immunity, especially for vulnerable newborns, contain high levels of secretory type antibodies (sIgG), breastfeed from mothers recovering from COVID-19 can decrease immunity to babies

The results of the analysis of the five articles showed that there was a relationship between family support and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. With the results that have been discussed regarding the relationship between the role of the family and the success of exclusive breastfeeding, it can be concluded that all studies state that there is a relationship between the role of the family and exclusive breastfeeding. But there are still many mothers who have not given exclusive breastfeeding, due to several factors such as age, education, and occupation. The role of the family is very much needed by the mother in caring for the baby, because it can affect the attitude and behavior of the mother when breastfeeding

Oketani massage provides a sense of postpartum comfort, a sense of loss of the mother, softer breasts, more elastic areola and placing makes it easier for the baby to suckle. Through videos, postpartum mothers watch independently and together with other postpartum mothers through video zoom meetings, increasing understanding of the normal oketani breast massage method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oketani massage on postpartum mother's milk production through video. The research design is a quasi-experimental design with a quasi-experimental post-test only non-equivalent control group design approach. analyzed by T-test. Purposive sampling research sample, 12 pregnant women for intervention and control. The results of the Oketani Massage Test through watching videos, Paired Test Samples of the Oketani Massage Test Intervention average results/Mean 21.8333, Control Mean 25.2500 and the Sufficiency Value of Breastfeeding Intervention average or Mean 43.8333, Control Mean 38.1667. Siq Levenes breast milk adequacy test .165 > 0.05 variance of intervention data and homogeneous control. Colostrum is a very important source of life for children where in breast milk there are many nutrients needed by children that support the growth and development of a child. Complex problems regarding the longer colostrum expulsion time in post-SC compared to normal postpartum mothers are caused by the effects of anesthesia and early ambulation. Expenditure of breast milk, especially colostrum in post SC, is often delayed 2-3 days and even 1 week after birth, so it is necessary to accelerate the release of colostrum, one of which is endorphin massage. Objective of this research is to determine the effect of Endorphin massage on the production of colostrum. This type of research is true experimental with a posttest-only control group design with a sample size of 36 where the endorphin massage group is 18 people and the control group is 18 people selected using accidental sampling. Observation sheet measuring instrument. Data analysis used paired t tests and independent t-tests. The time of the expulsion of colostrum in postpartum SC mothers in the experimental group who was given endorphin massage had an average time of the expulsion of colostrum of 9.227 hours. The time of the expulsion of colostrum in postpartum SC mothers in the control group who were not given endorphin massage had an average time of the expulsion of colostrum of 20.328 hours. There is an effect of endorphin massage on colostrum expenditure in postpartum SC mothers with a p-value of 0.000. the average time to expel colostrum with endorphin massage was 11.100 hours faster than post-SC mothers who did not receive endorphin massage. The conclusion is Endorphin massage is effective in accelerating the time of colostrum expulsion
