Indonesian Food and Nutrition Research Journal (p-ISSN: ; e-ISSN: ) is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal published by Nutrition Department, Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Kalimantan Timur. The scope for this journal includes clinical nutrition and dietetics, community nutrition, public health nutrition, food services management, sports nutrition, functional food, occupational nutrition, nutrition and productivity, education of health and nutrition, maternal and child nutrition, food and nutrition technology. 

Each volume of Indonesian Food and Nutrition Research Journal is counted in each calendar year that consists of 2 issues, published two times per year every January and October. Articles published in Indonesian Food and Nutrition Research Journal include original articles, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. Articles could be written in either Bahasa Indonesia or English. Indonesian Food and Nutrition Research Journal's contributors are researchers, lecturers, students, nutritionists, registered dietitians, public health practitioners, and other practitioners that focus on nutrition in Indonesia and worldwide.
