The Effectiveness Of Education Using Flipsheets On Nutritional Knowledge Of Heart Patients At Inche Abdoel Moeis Samarinda Hospital

Sondang Rotua Simanjuntak. Effectiveness of education using flip sheets on nutritional knowledge of heart patients at Inche Abdoel Moeis Hospital, Samarinda. Supervised by Kurniati Dwi Utami and Sepsina Reski. A person's knowledge is influenced by several factors such as level of education, experience, beliefs social culture and media. The aim of research was to determine the effect of education using flip-sheet media on the nutritional knowledge of heart disease patients at  Inche Abdoel Moeis Hospital Samarinda. This type of quantitative research with a Quasy Experiment design approach. The sample in this study was 32 patients at the Inche Abdoel Moeis Hospital Samarinda who would be divided into two groups, namely the control group (given leaflets) and the Intervention group (given flipcharts). The results of this study indicate that providing education using flipchart and leaflet media has a significant effect on respondents' knowledge. The significant difference value for the average significant flipchart media is 31.88 and the leaflet media is 30. There is no difference between the knowledge of the intervention group and the control group.
