East Borneo Nutrition Journal is  journal focusing in nutrition and health that aims to improve the ability to deliver research results as a medium that can be used to register, disseminate, and archive the work of researchers, lecturers, and nutrition and health personnel both nationally and internationally. The work published in this journal is indirectly recognized as the author's scholarly work in his field, including community nutrition, clinical nutrition, food technology, and food services. 

Articles received by the editor are original research, literature reviews, case studies, and others. The writing of the manuscript must follow the author's guideline and use the template provided.
